From humble beginnings in 1994, and a small product range, we now supply many thousands of customers throughout the world. If you are looking to deal with a specific health condition, you can look up that condition in our A-Z list and will instantly be provided information and product recommendations for that condition. We no longer accept orders by post or payments by cash, cheque or postal order.
For large orders over £350.00 we can accept electronic funds transfers (BACS) direct to our bank.

Problem with your order?
Any problem with your order must be notified to us within two working days of receipt of the order.
If an item has not arrived after 14 days, you should contact us to advise us of such. Notification of non-arrival of an item must be no more than 21 days after the date of order. After such time, we will be unable to take any action regarding undelivered items.
We respect your privacy and only collect the necessary information to enable us to process your order or deal with your query. We will never pass your email address or any other details onto a third party. Your payment is processed in real time on an encrypted server which means your credit card details are never seen. If you are interested in product updates, special offers and new articles, please sign up for our newsletter, in other cases, the only email you will receive from us is the confirmation of your order's despatch if this is requested at the checkout.
All online payments are processed by Worldpay, a system used by millions of people all around the world. Worldpay are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world.
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to WorldPay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
Any communication between you and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the your browser using 128 Bit SSL. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers.
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.
