Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All orders placed Sunday to Friday are despatched the next day. Orders placed on a Saturday are despatched on a Monday. In some cases, your order may be despatched the same day. Unless you have requested not to receive emails from us, you will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched. Our dispatch is handled by Asendia (Swiss Post) from Singapore. Tracking of packages is available by request and at an additional cost. Call 0845 512 0999 to order and arrange this service. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the order + delivery quote.

Over 90% of orders reach their destinations within 5 working days, however please allow 14 days for delivery

There is also the possibility of further delays due to Customs & Excise.

We are not liable for the actions of Customs and Excise or the levy of any import fees or added tax, this remains the customers responsibility. Any products denied entry to any country, and then returned to us will be refunded in line with the conditions outlined below, however if the products are not returned to us, we cannot offer a refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items ordered are permissible for import under the laws of their country.

Problem with your order?

Any problem with your order must be notified to us within two working days of receipt of the order.

Non-arrivals

If an item has not arrived after 14 days, you should contact us to advise us of such. Notification of non-arrival of an item must be no more than 21 days after the date of order. After such time, we will be unable to take any action regarding undelivered items.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your products and so offer a full money back guarantee on the item ordered, subject to the conditions detailed below.

All returns must be notified in advance to Regenerative Nutrition, please see your invoice for details.
Please note that our prices include the shipping fee, and this part of the purchase price will not be refunded unless we are at fault (ie wrong/faulty item sent)
Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the order date and not more than 1/3 of the product having been used.
Refunds are made by means of a credit to your account. Where we are at fault we can also offer the option of a refund by the same method in which you initially paid.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, please return the item to us and we will arrange for a replacement/credit/refund.
The above conditions apply to single items returned, we apply extended conditions, as below to those returning multiple items.

Additional Conditions for the return of multiple item orders

Where an order for multiple items has been made and more than one item of the same type or more than two of different types are to be returned, then we will apply a 20% restock fee to all items returned. We strongly advise customers to order a single unit of any remedy they have not previously tried, to ensure suitability and avoid this restock fee.

Where Regenerative Nutrition or our shipping agents are deemed to be at fault, then the intention is that no cost will be made to the customer for returning goods. We will credit postage fees for the return of faulty or wrong items returned and levy no charges/restock fees etc. to the customer.
