Returning faulty/wrong items

If there is any fault, or the item received is incorrect, simply contact us within 2 working days of receipt of the item, using the email address below. You will be issued a return authorisation number and instructions on returning the defective/wrong item. You then simply return the item to us within 28 days of the order date for a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping component that is included within the purchase price.

Returning non-defective products/cancelling your order

If you cancel your order (or part of order) prior to the item(s) being shipped, a full refund of your purchase price, including the shipping component that is included within the purchase price will be made as soon as we confirm the order has not been sent by our dispatch department.

If you cancel your order (or part of order) after the items have been shipped, you will need to return the items to us within 28 days of the order date. Contact us at the email address above to get a return authorisation number and instructions on returning the cancelled order (or part of). You then simply return the item to us within 28 days of the order date for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding the shipping component that is included within the purchase price.

Non-arrivals
 
If an item has not arrived after 14 days, you should contact us to advise us of such. Notification of non-arrival of an item must be no more than 21 days after the date of order. After such time, we will be unable to take any action regarding undelivered items.
