Raynaud's Syndrome

In Raynaud's syndrome, there is a spasm of the arteries that supply the fingers and toes with blood. It affects up to 20% of the population, and is thought to be more common in women than in men. The fingers become pale, then blue and finally red as the attack passes off. Sufferers may experience numbness, tingling or pain in the affected area. Raynaud's syndrome can be linked to certain occupations; those who use vibrating tools such as pneumatic drills or those who work in cold environments may be more susceptible.

The circulate herbs are a broader acting tonic for the whole of the circulatory system.

The correct balance of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids aids circulatory health, although omega 3 is more strongly indicated.
