From humble beginnings in 1994, and a small product range, we now supply many thousands of customers throughout the world. Over the years, we have developed many cutting edge products that remain an important part of our product range. We continually develop our range working with innovators in the field of natural health, and as our knowledge advances, so we are able to further improve the health of our clients. Our continued growth has been driven by a great passion for the power of nutritional therapy, built upon the foundation of a “Broad spectrum, Food State” approach to health improvement. We supply an innovative range of products, many of which are not available from other sources.
How to find the products you want
There are several ways to find the products you are looking for, in the shop, you can use the A-Z list, view all of our products in the product introductions, search using the categories listed in the column on the left hand side, or use the search box, in the Health Suport site, you can also search for products by health condition.
Ways to Order - securely online / by telephone / by post
By Telephone

Online
Here is the process to order a product online;
- Click "Add" on each item you require (bottom right of product description)
- Click "Continue shopping" if you want to add more items
- Click "Checkout" when you have completed your order
- Enter your email address - ignore the customer code box if this is your first order
- Click "Proceed"
- Select billing and destination country and postcode, then proceed
- Enter full address and shipping address if different
- Click "Make the Order" at the bottom of the page
- You will then be taken to the secure payment page with Worldpay
You will receive your customer code by email, in future, you will only need to enter this and your email and make your payment; you can change your customer code by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page.
You can view and change your account details at any time by clicking “My Account” from within the shop
By Post
This can be for UK orders. Please send a UK postal order made out to Regenerative Nutrition and sent to the following address, please confirm your full details, the products you require. We do not accept cheques for payment.
For International orders if you absolutely cannot pay by debit or credit card then please send an email requesting our bank details. Also give full details of your order. Once your payment has cleared through the bank your order will be dispatched.

Delivery
All orders placed Sunday to Thursday are despatched the next day (including those placed up until around 8am that morning online). Orders placed Friday and Saturday are despatched on a Monday. In some cases, your order may be despatched the same day. Unless you have requested not to receive emails from us, you will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched.
For UK orders please allow 7 working days (10 days) for delivery as orders are often delayed by customs. Items are often dispatched separately as the value of each parcel is held below £18 so that you don not have to pay customs charges, and in some cases there can be a gap of a few days between each parcel you receive, this and any customs delays are beyond our control.
For international orders: your orders are sent with track and trace and insurance, allow at least 14 days for arrival: Delays are usually caused by customs of each individual country, especially USA.
In the unlikely event that products are out of stock, some items may be marked “To Follow” on your delivery note
Returns
We know you will be delighted with your products and offer a full money back guarantee in the unlikely event of you being unhappy. Returns should be sent to "Regenerative Nutrition. 1, The Avenue Developments, Sark, Channel Islands, GY9 0SB, UK" with your full details and reason for the return. Returns must be made within a 28 day period, with consideration being given to other exceptional circumstances. Refunds are made using the same method in which you initially paid. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, please return the item to us and we will arrange a replacement
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and only collect the necessary information to enable us to process your order. We will never pass your email address or any other details onto a third party. Your payment is processed in real time on an encrypted server which means your credit card details are never seen. If you are interested in product updates, special offers and new articles, please sign up for our newsletter, in other cases, the only email you will receive from us is the confirmation of your order's despatch if this is requested at the checkout.
Online Security
All online payments are processed by Worldpay, a system used by millions of people all around the world. Worldpay are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world.
The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to WorldPay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.
Any communication between you and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the your browser using 128 Bit SSL. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers.
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.
